Orders are normally be despatched within 5 working days of confirmation and payment. This applies to UK mainland addresses only and as specified in the order. Delivery services are Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
We can arrange delivery to your work address if this is more convenient for you to receive the wine and sign for safe delivery. Please check all goods at the time of delivery and sign the carrier’s delivery note. Breakages or missing bottles from cases delivered by carrier must be noted on the carrier’s delivery note and claims notified to us within 7 working days of delivery. Should a wine be damaged in delivery we will offer a replacement or full refund providing you notify us within 7 working days of delivery by telephone, post, or e-mail. If, on rare occasions, incorrect goods are delivered, we offer a refund or replacement of the incorrect items, on return of the bottle(s) in question. Once again notification of incorrect items must be given to us within 7 working days.
