Rueda ‘Casa de las Esencias’ 2013 DOC

£9.5 £5.00

Rueda Casa de la Esencias  made by Pico Cuadro is a very good alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is made from 100% Verdejo. It is bright yellow in colour with a green hue. The nose displays a gentle note of grapefruit and green apple, herbal hints of grass and fennel, and a spicy touch of anise. It has wonderful refreshing acidity with a smooth fruity texture, and a citrusy and spicy finish. It pairs perfectly with baked fish such as seabass or seabream with potatoes, or even with a traditional fish and chips.
